This package includes:

•  24/7 emergent text or call access

• Prenatal home visits every 4 weeks until 28 weeks, then every 2 weeks until 36 weeks, then every week until birth

• On-call status at 37 weeks

• 7 Postpartum home visits at 24-36 hours, 3-5 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, and 3 months

• All standard labs including: OB panel, blood typing, CBC, glucose testing, hemoglobin/hematocrit, GBS culture

• 20 week anatomy screening ultrasound
